Tears to Tiara is broadcast in Animax-Asia with English subtitles in Singapore and other local languages subtitles in each market area of Asia. The episodes began a simulcast broadcast in both Japan and Asia exactly the same time on 5 April 2009 by Chiba TV and Animax-Asia respectively, thus becoming the first anime to have a new world record for the fastest broadcast outside Japan. The anime episodes are directed by Tomoki Kobayashi, written by Tōko Machida and produced by the animation studio White Fox. They aren't a waste of time, you just wish the story was something different than what it is.Tears to Tiara is a anime series is based on the PlayStation 3 remake of the same name developed and published by Aquaplus. It's one thing to judge the show and say those parts are a waste of time if they actually are, but the human parts are integral to the story. It's the human side that has built the story up to its climax. Kumoko's side of the story has little significance toward the larger plot, she just fights monsters and gets stronger. It would just be the story of a spider who fights to save a world full of people she has no connection to with a 15 year time skip that happens for no reason, all leading up to a fight with some random elves and humans that we have no reason to feel anything for. Remove the humans from the show and Kumoko's actions have no real motivation, there's no mystery and no emotional impact. Which is a twist that couldn't have happened without showing us the human side of the story. In the last episode it was revealed that the humans are actually on the wrong side and it's the demons who are trying to save the world. The show presents the humans as the good guys to have us question why Kumoko isn't helping them. The entire reason Kumoko wants to get stronger is because she learned the fate of the reincarnations and the world when she maxed out Taboo. ![]() ![]() I don't understand how it's a waste of time, there's literally no story without the human side. ![]()
